- Take thorough notes either using the workbook or on your own device/notepad and can provide evidence of note-taking for each day's session (this is how we can tell whether or not you "attended" each day and watched in totality)

- Complete your daily action items (homework) assignments each day before the next day's session

- Share your homework in our Challenge Facebook group each evening
